Med Ipersonal ist ein Temporärbüro, das sich auf die zielgerichtete Vermittlung von Fachkräften in der Medizinbranche spezialisiert hat.

Möchten Sie Menschen mit psychischen Erkrankungen begleiten und unterstützen? Für eine psychiatrische Klinik in Unterseen suchen wir eine empathische Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ.

Ihre Aufgaben

- Betreuung und Begleitung von Patienten mit psychiatrischen Erkrankungen

- Unterstützung bei alltäglichen Herausforderungen zur Förderung der Selbstständigkeit

- Durchführung von therapeutischen Maßnahmen im Rahmen des Pflegeplans

- Kommunikation mit Angehörigen und interdisziplinären Fachkräften

- Dokumentation der Behandlungsschritte und Beobachtung des Krankheitsverlaufs

Ihr Profil

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachmann / Fachfrau Gesundheit EFZ

- Interesse an Psychiatrie, Sozialarbeit oder psychologischer Betreuung

- Geduld, Einfühlungsvermögen und Resilienz

- Freude an der Arbeit in einem multiprofessionellen Team
