Med Ipersonal ist ein Temporärbüro, das sich auf die spezialisierte Vermittlung von qualifizierten Fachkräften in der Medizinbranche konzentriert.

Möchten Sie Patienten nach Operationen oder schweren Erkrankungen auf dem Weg zur Genesung begleiten? Für eine Rehabilitationsklinik in Ittigen suchen wir eine engagierte Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ mit Interesse an therapeutischen Maßnahmen.

Ihre Aufgaben

- Unterstützung der Patienten bei der Mobilisation und aktiven Bewegungsförderung

- Durchführung von pflegerischen Maßnahmen zur Förderung der Selbstständigkeit

- Zusammenarbeit mit Physiotherapeuten und Ergotherapeuten zur Verbesserung der Rehabilitationsfortschritte

- Anleitung der Patienten und Angehörigen zu Übungen und gesundheitsfördernden Maßnahmen

- Dokumentation der Fortschritte und Anpassung der Pflegepläne

Ihr Profil

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachmann / Fachfrau Gesundheit EFZ

- Interesse an der Rehabilitation und therapeutischen Maßnahmen

- Freude an der interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit

- Einfühlungsvermögen und Geduld im Umgang mit Patienten in der Genesungsphase
