Med Ipersonal ist ein Temporärbüro, das sich auf die Vermittlung hochqualifizierter Fachkräfte in der Medizinbranche spezialisiert hat.

Unsere Kunden – führende medizinische Einrichtungen in Ittigen – suchen qualifizierte und engagierte Fachpersonen Gesundheit EFZ (m/w/d), die großen Wert auf eine professionelle, patientenorientierte Pflege legen.

Ihre Aufgaben

- Durchführung der individuellen und ressourcenorientierten Pflege von Patienten und Bewohnern

- Fachgerechte Unterstützung bei medizinischen Verrichtungen und therapeutischen Maßnahmen

- Beobachtung und Dokumentation der körperlichen und psychischen Verfassung der Patienten

- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzten, Pflegefachpersonen und anderen Berufsgruppen zur Sicherstellung der bestmöglichen Patientenversorgung

- Begleitung der Patienten und Angehörigen in herausfordernden Situationen

Ihr Profil

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachmann / Fachfrau Gesundheit EFZ

- Erfahrung in der Akutpflege, Langzeitpflege oder Spitex von Vorteil

- Hohe Fachkompetenz und Engagement für eine qualitative Patientenversorgung

- Empathie, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamfähigkeit

- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
