Unsere Kunden – moderne Kliniken und Pflegeeinrichtungen in Ittigen – suchen engagierte Fachpersonen Gesundheit EFZ (m/w/d), die großen Wert auf eine professionelle, patientenorientierte Pflege legen.

Ihre Aufgaben

- Ganzheitliche Betreuung und Pflege von Patienten mit individuellen Bedürfnissen

- Unterstützung bei medizinisch-technischen Verrichtungen wie Injektionen, Infusionen und Blutzuckermessungen

- Förderung der Selbstständigkeit der Patienten durch gezielte Mobilisations- und Aktivierungsmaßnahmen

- Dokumentation und Evaluation von Pflegeinterventionen zur Sicherstellung der Behandlungsqualität

- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzten, Therapeuten und Pflegefachkräften zur bestmöglichen Versorgung der Patienten

Ihr Profil

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachmann / Fachfrau Gesundheit EFZ

- Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Einfühlungsvermögen und Freude an der Arbeit mit Patienten

- Belastbarkeit und Teamfähigkeit in einem dynamischen Arbeitsumfeld

- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
