Med Ipersonal ist ein Temporärbüro, das sich auf die Vermittlung spezialisierter Fachkräfte in der Medizinbranche fokussiert und individuelle Lösungen für Gesundheitseinrichtungen bietet.

Für ein modernes Spital in Meiringen suchen wir eine engagierte Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ, die mit Fachkompetenz und Einfühlungsvermögen eine professionelle Patientenversorgung in der Akutpflege sicherstellt.

Ihre Aufgaben

- Unterstützung des diplomierten Pflegepersonals bei der Betreuung von stationären Patienten

- Durchführung von pflegerischen und medizinisch-technischen Verrichtungen gemäß den Vorgaben

- Überwachung der Vitalzeichen und Unterstützung bei diagnostischen Maßnahmen

- Dokumentation der Pflegeprozesse und Mitwirkung bei der Qualitätssicherung

- Förderung des Wohlbefindens der Patienten durch professionelle und empathische Betreuung

Ihr Profil

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachmann / Fachfrau Gesundheit EFZ

- Erste Erfahrungen im Akutspital von Vorteil

- Hohe Sozialkompetenz, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamfähigkeit

- Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen und Interesse an medizinischen Abläufen

- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
