Unsere Kunden – führende medizinische Einrichtungen in Ittigen – suchen motivierte und anpassungsfähige Fachpersonen Gesundheit EFZ (m/w/d), die sich ein modernes und flexibles Arbeitsumfeld wünschen.

Ihre Aufgaben

- Betreuung und Pflege von Patienten mit unterschiedlichem Unterstützungsbedarf

- Unterstützung des diplomierten Pflegepersonals bei diagnostischen und therapeutischen Maßnahmen

- Umsetzung individueller Pflegepläne unter Berücksichtigung der Selbstbestimmung der Patienten

- Förderung der körperlichen und geistigen Gesundheit der Patienten durch Aktivierungsmaßnahmen

- Mitarbeit an interdisziplinären Besprechungen zur Fallplanung

- Dokumentation der pflegerischen Maßnahmen und Anpassung der Behandlungsstrategien

Ihr Profil

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachmann / Fachfrau Gesundheit EFZ

- Erfahrung in der stationären oder ambulanten Pflege von Vorteil

- Flexibilität und Offenheit für verschiedene Einsatzbereiche

- Freude an einer selbstständigen und verantwortungsvollen Tätigkeit

- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
