Colfina Finanz/Treuhand AG betreut mehrheitlich englischsprechende Kunden. Sechs Mitarbeitende erbringen täglich wertvolle Arbeiten, damit sich die Kunden wohlfühlen. Zur Ergänzung unseres Teams suchen wir Dich! Deine Aufgaben Du bist in der Lage, unsere Kundschaft professionell in steuerlichen und buchhalterischen Belangen zu beraten und zu unterstützen und kannst die notwendigen praktischen Arbeiten ausführen. Als Stellvertretung bist Du auch zuständig für diverse administrative Arbeiten (Erfassung Aufträge, Rechnungsstellungen, interne organisatorische Aufgaben). Du bist bereit, Verantwortung in einem Team zu übernehmen. Du arbeitest selbständig und zielgerichtet. Du pflegst bestehende Kundenbeziehungen und unterstützt die Firma aktiv bei der Weiterentwicklung. Du engagierst Dich als künftige\r Mandatsleiter\in. Dein Profil Du hast mindestens eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Sachbearbeiter\in Rechnungswesen oder Sachbearbeiter\in Treuhand und konntest schon einige Jahre Erfahrung sammeln. Du hast gute Kenntnisse im schweizerischen Steuersystem. Du hast organisatorisches Flair und Freude an administrativen Arbeiten. Du verfügst über ein stilsicheres Deutsch und kannst Deine Englischkenntnisse (B1\) in Wort und Schrift gekonnt einsetzen. Du arbeitest gerne im direkten Kundenkontakt, bist umgänglich und teamfähig.
