  • Tu accompagnes, prends en charge et soutiens les clients au quotidien de manière professionnelle et respectueuse.
  • Tu encourages l-autonomie et la qualité de vie des personnes accompagnées.
  • Tu assumes la responsabilité du déroulement de la journée et assures structure et stabilité.
  • Tu documentes soigneusement les observations et informations pertinentes.
  • Tu mets en œuvre des objectifs individuels de promotion et d-accompagnement au quotidien.
  • Tu travailles en étroite collaboration avec les proches ainsi qu-avec des professionnels interdisciplinaires.

Profil recherché

  • Formation achevée en tant que spécialiste en accompagnement CFC (FaBe) ou éducateur social HF/HES
  • Pour un diplôme étranger : reconnaissance en Suisse souhaitée
  • Connaissances en allemand au minimum au niveau B2
  • Expérience dans le secteur social ou de la santé suisse un atout
  • Grande compétence sociale, sens des responsabilités et esprit d-équipe
  • Flexibilité ainsi que plaisir à travailler avec des personnes
