acasa männedorf am Zürichsee ist ein zukunftsorientiertes evangelisches Werk. Wir geben Menschen in verschiedenen Lebensphasen ein Zuhause im Pflegezentrum, in Alters\- und Mietwohnungen, sowie im Gästebetrieb. Mit Leidenschaft setzen sich die ca. 170 Mitar\-beitenden in den Bereichen Pflege und Betreuung, Hotellerie, Technischer Dienst, Aktivierung und Verwaltung dafür ein, verlässliche Bezugspersonen für Menschen in allen Lebenslagen zu sein. Wir sind Ausbildungsort für verschiedene Lehrberufe und begleiten junge Talente auf ihrem Weg zum erfolgreichen Berufsabschluss. Für die Ergänzung unseres Teams der Aktivierung suchen wir per November 2026 eine/n Fachmitarbeiter/in Aktivierung 60 % Aufgabengebiet Planen, organisieren und durchführen von ressourcenorientierten Gruppen\- oder Einzelaktivierungen. (Wohngruppen – übergreifend mit 5 – 20 Teilnehmenden, einzeln oder im Team) Unterstützung bei der Organisation und Durchführung von Veranstaltungen, Anlässen und Ausflügen Fördern und erhalten der noch vorhandenen Fähigkeiten der Bewohnenden Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit allen weiteren Abteilungen des Betriebes Humor und Freude an der Arbeit mit unseren Bewohnenden sind Dir und uns besonders wichtig Dein Profil Praxiserfahrung in der Aktivierung im geriatrischen Umfeld und in der Arbeit mit Menschen mit dementieller Erkrankung von Vorteil Idealerweise verfügst Du bereits über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachperson Aktivierung (1\-3jährige \- Ausbildung) Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Kreative und gestalterische Fähigkeiten und Offenheit für neue Gruppen\- und Einzelangebote Hohe und flexible Einsatzbereitschaft Wir bieten Raum für vielseitige und sinnstiftende Tätigkeit und Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten in einem wertschätzenden Arbeitsklima Fünf bis sechs Wochen Ferien pro Jahr; Mahlzeitenvergünstigung Sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung mit ÖV und Auto, kostenlose Parkplätze Wir freuen uns auf Ihre Bewerbung!
