Wir engagieren uns in den Bereichen Markt, Politik, Marketing, Kommunikation, Aus\\- und Weiterbildung, Innovation und fördern das Image von Schweizer Früchten. Für unser Team Innovation/Entwicklung suchen wir sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine lösungsorientierte und selbständige Persönlichkeit, die gerne Verantwortung übernimmt. Fachmitarbeiter/in Bildung und Innovation (80\\-100 %) ===================================================== \\Ihre Rolle\\ \\\< \\\> Sie betreuen verschiedene Fachgremien und Innovationsprojekte in den Bereichen Forschung, Beratung und Produktion, welche die zukünftige Entwicklung der Schweizer Obstproduktion mitprägen. \\ \\\< \\\>Sie sind verantwortlich für die Sicherstellung der Aus\\- und Weiterbildung der Obstfachleute.\\ \\\< \\\>Sie begleiten und koordinieren für den Verband die Marke Suisse Garantie, die Branchenlösung Nachhaltigkeit Früchte und den Standard SwissGAP.\\ \\\< \\\>Sie vertreten den Schweizer Obstverband in externen Gremien und bauen tragfähige Netzwerke auf.\\ \\\< \\\>Sie übernehmen Verantwortung für die Organisation und Administration Ihres Aufgabenbereichs.\\ \\Sie bringen mit\\ \\\< \\\> eine agronomische Ausbildung, z. B.
