Die Gemeinde Gossau ZH im Zürcher Oberland zählt über 10'500 Einwohner/innen. In unserer dienstleistungsorientierten Gemeindeverwaltung arbeiten rund 130 Mitarbeiter/innen in sechs Abteilungen. Der Teilfachbereich Raum\\- und Belegungsmanagement der Liegenschaftenabteilung sorgt für den reibungslosen Betrieb gemeindeeigener Liegenschaften, Anlagen und Infrastrukturen -- von der Raumverwaltung und Veranstaltungsbetreuung bis hin zu Kontrollrundgängen. Per 1\\. Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung suchen wir eine/n engagierte/n \\Fachmitarbeiter/in Raum\\- und Belegungsmanagement (20% \\- 50%)\\ \\Schwerpunkt Veranstaltungsbetreuung\\ \\Dein Aufgabenbereich:\\ \* Betreuung der Kunden/innen inkl. Vorbereitung, Begleitung und Nachbereitung von Veranstaltungen \* Bereitstellung der Infrastruktur (Auf\\- und Abbau) \* Sicherstellung der Objektsicherheit (u. a. Brandschutzvorschriften) bei Raumbelegung und Anlagenutzung \* Durchführung von Kontrollgängen und Meldung von Störungen, Schäden und sicherheitsrelevanten Mängeln \* Leisten von Pikettdienst \* Unterstützung im Freibad Tannenberg während der Badesaison \* optional Badeaufsicht bei öffentlichem Schwimmbetrieb \\Dein Profil:\\ \* gutes technisches Verständnis \* körperlich belastbar und ausdauernd \* Flexibilität für unregelmässige, über die Woche verteilte Arbeitszeiten inkl.
