Die Schweizerische Stiftung Pro Mente Sana ist die nationale Fachorganisation für psychische Gesundheit. Sie setzt sich für die Interessen und Rechte von Menschen mit psychischen Beeinträchtigungen ein. Die Stiftung engagiert sich in der Früherkennung, vertritt die Belange der Betroffenen in Politik und Gesellschaft und bietet Dienstleistungen im Bereich der psychischen Gesundheit an.

Wir arbeiten in einem gesellschaftlich hochwichtigen Thema in einer innovativen Non-Profit-Organisation am Arbeitsort Zürich-West und verfügen auch über ein Büro im Zentrum von Bern.

Für unsere Finanzbuchhaltung suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine\*n

Fachmitarbeiter\*in Rechnungswesen 60 %

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Selbständige, termingerechte Sachbearbeitung des Tagesgeschäfts
  • Buchführung und Abstimmung von Banken und Wertschriftentransaktionen
  • Debitorenbuchhaltung inkl. Mahnwesen
  • Fakturierung von Spenden, Leistungsvereinbarungen und Dienstleistungen für ausgewählte Handlungsfelder
  • Unterstützung bei Abschlussarbeiten bei Zwischen- und Jahresabschluss
  • Stellvertretung bei Arbeiten der Personaladministration

Ihr Profil

  • kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Rechnungswesen oder mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen
  • gute MWST-Kenntnisse, Erfahrung mit Kostenstellen von Vorteil
  • strukturierte, selbständige sowie exakte Arbeitsweise
  • hohe Dienstleistungsbereitschaft
  • Belastbarkeit, Leistungsbereitschaft und Hands-on-Mentalität
  • hohe Sozialkompetenz und Diskretion im Umgang mit vertraulichen Daten
  • ABACUS-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Französisch- oder Italienischkenntnisse von Vorteil
