Deine Aufgaben

  • Schriftliche und telefonische Auskunftserteilung an Sektionsverantwortliche, Mitglieder sowie Interessenten und Interessentinnen
  • Pflege und Bewirtschaftung der Datenbank Hitobito (Ein\- und Austritte sowie Mutationen)
  • Bearbeitung von ein\- und ausgehender Post auf der Geschäftsstelle sowie des allgemeinen Postfachs
  • Mitarbeit im Bereich Inkasso
  • Beschaffung und Bewirtschaftung von Büromaterial
  • Unterstützung in weiteren Bereichen des Service Desks, beispielsweise im Bereich Kurse

Damit überzeugst du uns

  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung EFZ
  • Erfahrung im administrativen und serviceorientierten Umfeld, idealerweise im Bereich Service Desk oder Mitgliederverwaltung
  • Versierte Kenntnisse in MS 365 und CRM\-Systemen
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und Freude am täglichen Kundenkontakt
  • Vernetztes Denken und Handeln sowie starke organisatorische Fähigkeiten
  • Effiziente, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Grosses Interesse an der Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen
  • Ausgezeichnete Deutsch\- und sehr gute Französischkenntnisse
  • Affinität zur Bergwelt
