Zur Unterstützung der Fachstelle für Gleichstellung suchen wir per 1. März 2027 eine motivierte und erfahrene Persönlichkeit.

Aufgaben ##

  • Sie betreuen das Telefon und übernehmen allgemeine Sekretariatsarbeiten.
  • Sie stellen die IT und die (digitale) Arbeitsumgebung der Fachstelle sicher und betreuen sowie entwickeln digitale Prozesse und Anwendungen weiter, unter anderem das CMS.
  • Sie verantworten das Wissens- und Risikomanagement der Fachstelle und sorgen dafür, dass Informationen und Wissen strukturiert, zugänglich und nachhaltig gesichert sind.
  • Sie unterstützen bei der Organisation und Durchführung von Veranstaltungen und übernehmen die damit verbundene Organisationsadministration der Fachstelle.

Profil ##

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder vergleichbare Ausbildung sowie mehrjährige Erfahrung in Administrations-, Digitalisierungs- und Prozessaufgaben
  • Gute IT-Anwendungskenntnisse, hohe digitale Affinität und ausgeprägtes Interesse an digitalen Themen und gute Kenntnisse im Wissens- und/oder Risikomanagement
  • Ausgeprägtes Organisationsgeschick, vernetztes Denken sowie eine strukturierte, zuverlässige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Flexibilität und Bereitschaft, unterschiedliche Aufgaben zu übernehmen und Entwicklungen aktiv mitzugestalten
  • Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Anspruchsgruppen

Die Fach-stelle gehört zum Präsidialdepartement und ist dem Stadtpräsidium direkt unterstellt.
