Fachperson Administration und Export (80–100 %)

Sie bringen Erfahrung, Überblick und Freude an einer vielseitigen Drehscheibenfunktion mit? Dann übernehmen Sie bei uns eine zentrale Rolle zwischen Kundschaft, Lieferanten, internen Fachstellen und Geschäftsleitung. Ein besonderer Schwerpunkt liegt auf der zuverlässigen Abwicklung unserer Exportaufträge.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Exportaufträge selbstständig abwickeln und die erforderlichen Versand\-, Zoll\- und Exportdokumente erstellen und koordinieren
  • Administrative Unterstützung bei der gesamten Auftragsabwicklung – von der Auftragserfassung bis zur Nachkalkulation
  • als erste Ansprechperson am Empfang und Telefon Kundschaft, Lieferanten, Monteure und weitere Kontaktpersonen freundlich betreuen
  • allgemeine Sekretariats\- und Korrespondenzarbeiten zuverlässig erledigen
  • die Geschäftsleitung im Tagesgeschäft sowie bei ausgewählten Projekten unterstützen
  • Unterstützung bei der Pflege des Zeiterfassungssystems sowie Mitarbeit bei weiteren administrativen Abläufen

Ihr Profil

  • abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Administration, Auftragsabwicklung oder einer vergleichbaren Funktion
  • Praxiserfahrung in der Exportabwicklung; Kenntnisse der relevanten Versand\- und Zolldokumente sind besonders willkommen
  • sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Word und Excel; Erfahrung mit ERP\-Systemen ist von Vorteil
  • selbstständige, exakte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise mit einem guten Gespür für Prioritäten
  • verbindliche, dienstleistungsorientierte Persönlichkeit, die ihre Erfahrung gerne in ein kleines Team einbringt
