Im ländlich gelegenen Balsthal bieten wir älteren Menschen einen Ort, an dem sie sich wohlfühlen, Gemeinschaft erleben und ihren Alltag aktiv und selbstbestimmt gestalten können. Zur Verstärkung unseres engagierten Teams suchen wir  nach Vereinbarung eine   Fachperson Aktivierung 40% (m/w/d) Das erwartet Sie bei uns Eine vielseitige und verantwortungsvolle Tätigkeit in einer sinnstiftenden Non-Profit-Organisation Ein abwechslungsreicher Arbeitsalltag mit viel Kontakt zu unseren Gästen Gestaltungsspielraum für eigene Ideen und kreative Angebote Ein herzliches, motiviertes und engagiertes Team Attraktive und zeitgemässe Anstellungsbedingungen Ein Arbeitsumfeld, in dem Ihre Arbeit und Ihr Engagement geschätzt werden Ihre Aufgaben Planung und Durchführung abwechslungsreicher Aktivierungsangebote Förderung und Erhaltung der körperlichen, geistigen und sozialen Ressourcen unserer Gäste Gestaltung von kreativen, kulturellen und alltagsnahen Aktivitäten Mitwirkung bei Veranstaltungen und besonderen Anlässen Individuelle Begleitung und Unterstützung unserer Gäste Einbringen eigener Ideen und Weiterentwicklung unserer Aktivierungsangebote Zusammenarbeit mit dem Tagesstätten-Team und weiteren Fachpersonen Das bringen Sie mit Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Aktivierung  Mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung, idealerweise im Bereich der Betreuung und Begleitung älterer Menschen Freude und Engagement im Umgang mit Seniorinnen und Senioren Einfühlungsvermögen, Geduld und eine wertschätzende Haltung Kreativität, Lebensfreude und Freude daran, Menschen zu motivieren Selbstständige, zuverlässige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise Gute Anwenderkenntnisse in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Teamfähigkeit und eine offene, kommunikative Persönlichkeit Das sind Sie?
