Ihre Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Die Wohngruppenleitung unterstützen und bei deren Abwesenheit Verantwortung für die fachliche und organisatorische Führung der Wohngruppe übernehmen
  • Eine individuelle, professionelle Pflege und Betreuung sicherstellen und die Pflegequalität aktiv mitgestalten und weiterentwickeln
  • Lernende kompetent durch ihre Ausbildung begleiten, fördern und ihr Fachwissen praxisnah vermitteln
  • Sie gestalten den Alltag auf der Wohngruppe aktiv mit und stehen Mitarbeitenden, Angehörigen sowie interdisziplinären Fachpersonen als kompetente Ansprechperson zur Seite

Sie bieten Ihrem neuen Arbeitgeber:

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachfrau Gesundheit / Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ oder als Fachperson Langzeitpflege und -betreuung bringen Sie mit
  • Erfahrung in der Langzeitpflege sowie idealerweise erste Führungserfahrung bilden eine gute Grundlage für diese verantwortungsvolle Funktion
  • Freude an der Begleitung und Förderung von Lernenden sowie eine selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise zeichnen Sie aus
  • Mit Ihrer hohen Sozialkompetenz, Ihrem Organisationsgeschick und Ihrer wertschätzenden Art tragen Sie zu einer guten Zusammenarbeit im Team und mit Angehörigen bei
