Unser Marktplatz ist ein umtriebiger und dynamischer Bereich, welcher Produkte sichtbar macht und mit seinen Dienstleistungen der Kundschaft einen Mehrwert verschafft. Er umfasst das Luzerner Brockenhaus, den Tiny Store, und den Grimselweg 5 den Bereich Konfektion, Versand \+ Montage. Zur Ergänzung unseres bestehenden Teams im Grimselweg suchen wir per oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n

Fachperson Arbeitsintegration und Logistik 60% (m/w/d)

Du freust dich auf folgende Aufgaben

  • Individuelle, zielgerichtete Förderung und Betreuung unserer Mitarbeitenden mit einer Leistungsbeeinträchtigung als Bezugsperson
  • Planung, Organisation und Begleitung von Arbeitsprozessen im Betriebsalltag unseres Logistikzentrums Grimselweg mit sozialem und wirtschaftlichem Auftrag
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Betriebsablaufes sowie Übernahme administrativer und koordinierender Aufgaben
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachstellen sowie Mitarbeit in Projekten und Arbeitsgruppen

Mit diesem Profil bist du bei uns genau richtig

  • Ausbildung in Arbeitsagogik, Sozialpädagogik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung HF/FH
  • Grundausbildung im Handwerk, Logistik, Verkauf oder Warenpräsentation erwünscht
  • Erfahrung in der beruflichen Integration und Begleitung von Menschen mit einer Beeinträchtigung
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz sowie wertschätzende und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Selbständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Persönlichkeit
  • Professionelle IT\-Anwenderkenntnisse (MS Office) und stilsicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
