Ihre Aufgaben •Unterstützung bei der Bearbeitung von Baugesuchen und baurechtlichen Verfahren •Mitarbeit bei administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben der Bauverwaltung •Mitwirkung bei Hochbau- und Tiefbauprojekten der Gemeinde •Vorbereitung und Nachführung von Akten, Verfügungen und Korrespondenzen •Bearbeitung einfacher baurechtlicher Fragestellungen und Verfahren •Kontakt mit Bauherrschaften, Projektierende, Fachstellen und Einwohnende •Zusammenarbeit bei der Bewirtschaftung der gemeindeeigenen Liegenschaften •Begleitung der Leitung Bauverwaltung bei laufenden Projekten und organisatorischen Aufgaben

Ihr Profil • Ausbildung in Hochbaubereich (Zeichner/in EFZ Fachrichtung Architektur, Hochbauzeichner/in, Techniker/in HF Hochbau, Architekt/in) oder vergleichbare Ausbildung •Interesse an baurechtlichen, technischen und administrativen Fragestellungen •Selbständige, zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise •Freude an Kontakt mit Menschen •Offenheit für neue Themen und Bereitschaft, sich in vielseitige Aufgabenbereiche einzuarbeiten •Gute Anwendungskenntnisse der gängigen Microsoft-Office-Programme •Erfahrung in einer öffentlichen Verwaltung
