Das Sozialberatungszentrum SoBZ ist eine regionale, polyvalente Beratungsstelle unter der Trägerschaft eines Gemeindeverbandes. Die Mütter- und Väterberatung / Beratung Frühe Kindheit bildet einen eigen- ständigen Fachbereich neben Berufsbeistandschaft im Kindes- und Erwachsenenschutz, der Einzel-, Paar-, Familien-, Jugend- und Suchtberatung, der wirtschaftlichen Sozialhilfe sowie der Schulsozialarbeit.

(MÜTTER- UND VÄTERBERATUNG)

Im Bereich Frühe Kindheit begleiten und beraten wir Familien mit Kindern von 0 bis Schuleintritt bei Fra gen rund um Ernährung, Erziehung, Familiendynamik, Entwicklung, Gesundheit und Bindung. Unser vertrauliches Angebot stärkt Eltern in ihren Kompetenzen und orientiert sich am individuellen Bedarf der Fa- milie. Die Beratung erfolgt in allen Sprachen - telefonisch, online oder im Rahmen von Hausbesuchen. 

Hier übernimmst du Verantwortung ###

  • Selbständige Beratung, Begleitung und Unterstützung von Eltern mit Kindern von Geburt bis zum Schuleintritt zu Themen wie Entwicklung, Erziehung, Ernährung, Stillen, Gesundheit und Alltag
  • Durchführung von Hausbesuchen sowie Beratungen in den zugewiesenen Gemeinden, telefonisch oder digital zu allen Fragen im Rahmen der Mütter- und Väterberatung
  • Frühzeitige Erkennung von Entwicklungsstörungen und Auffälligkeiten bei Kleinkindern
  • Früherkennung von Belastungen und Förderung von Schutzfaktoren im Familiensystem
  • Vermittlung von Informationen zu Unterstützungsangeboten und Fördermöglichkeiten
  • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit Fachpersonen und -stellen (Hebamme, Kinderarzt, HFD, usw)

Das bringst du mit ###

  • Weiterbildung mit Fachdiplom als Mütter- und Väterberater/in (HFP/NDS) oder Berater/in Frühe Kindheit (HFP) oder die Bereitschaft, diese zu absolvieren.
  • Dipl. Pflegefachfrau HF KJFF mit Berufserfahrung, idealerweise im Bereich Frühe Kindheit und/oder Mütter- und Väterberatung.
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz, Kontaktfreude, Einsatzbereitschaft und Verantwortungsbewusstsein.
  • Selbständige Arbeitsweise, Belastbarkeit und Teamfähigkeit.
  • Gute administrative und digitale Kenntnisse (MVB4-Programm).
  • Führerausweis B; eigenes Auto von Vorteil, Stellenauto vorhanden
