Die Perspektive Thurgau ist eine starke Non\-Profit\-Organisation für Gesundheitsförderung, Prävention und Beratung. Sie ist als Gemeindezweckverband organisiert und arbeitet im Auftrag der Thurgauer Gemeinden. Auf Basis eidgenössischer und kantonaler Gesetzgebung erfüllt sie die Verbundaufgaben von Kanton und Gemeinden. Unsere Angebote richten sich an alle Einwohnerinnen und Einwohner des Kantons Thurgau.

Für den Fachbereich Mütter\- und Väterberatung suchen wir per 1\. Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung für die Regionen Kreuzlingen und/oder Romanshorn (ev. Weinfelden) eine

Fachperson Beratung \- Mütter\- und Väterberatung 60 bis 80 % (Berater:in Frühe Kindheit)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Beraten und begleiten von Eltern und Kindern von 0\-5 Jahren in Fragen der Pflege, Ernährung, Entwicklung, Erziehung und Prävention
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Interkulturellen Vermittlerinnen für die Begleitung und Beratung von Familien aus anderen Kulturen
  • Vernetzung und Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Fachpersonen und Institutionen im Bereich Familie und Kleinkind
  • Elektronische Aktenführung der Beratungen (Programm MVB 4\)
  • Führen der Zeit\- und Leistungserfassung

Ihr Profil:

  • Dipl. Pflegefachperson mit Schwerpunkt Pädiatrie oder aktuelle, langjährige Berufserfahrung im Säuglings\- und Kleinkindbereich, Dipl. Hebamme HF/FH, Dipl. Kindererzieher:in HF, Dipl. Sozialpädagogin HF/Dipl. Sozialpädagoge HF
  • Mütter\- und Väterberatung (NDS) resp. Berater:in Frühe Kindheit HFP von Vorteil oder die Bereitschaft die Höhere Fachprüfung zu absolvieren
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Müttern und Vätern in und nach dem Wochenbett sowie Säuglingen und Kindern bis zum 5\. Geburtstag
  • Hohe transkulturelle Kompetenz
  • Kontaktfreudige Persönlichkeit mit einem gewinnenden, sicheren Auftreten
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie organisatorisches Geschick
  • Gute MS\-Office Kenntnisse
  • Führerausweis Kat. B, Privatfahrzeug
