Das Kompetenzzentrum APPISBERG begleitet Menschen mit besonderem Unterstützungsbedarf auf ihrem Weg in Ausbildung, Qualifizierung und Arbeit. Wir verbinden fachliche Expertise mit einer klaren Haltung: Menschen stehen im Zentrum, Entwicklung braucht Struktur, und nachhaltige Integration entsteht durch professionelle Zusammenarbeit.

Wir bieten individuelle Abklärungen, praxisnahe Trainings sowie passgenaue Ausbildungsangebote, die sich an den Fähigkeiten, Interessen und Potenzialen der Teilnehmenden orientieren. Ziel ist es, junge Menschen mit psychischen Belastungen bestmöglich auf eine nachhaltige berufliche Integration vorzubereiten – mit , Fachwissen und einem starken Netzwerk.

Für unser Logistikteam suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine ausgebildete Fachperson Logistik EFZ. Du unterstützt im täglichen Betrieb, begleitest unsere Lernenden auf ihrem Weg zur erfolgreichen Ausbildung und hilfst im Projekt "Restwert" mit. Im Projekt «Restwert» arbeiten Teilnehmende in einem realen, marktnahen Setting: Sie nehmen gebrauchte Waren entgegen, bereiten diese professionell auf, erstellen Online\-Inserate und wickeln den Verkauf ab. So entstehen sinnvolle Arbeitsplätze, in denen administrative, logistische und digitale Kompetenzen aufgebaut und trainiert werden, mit direktem Bezug zum ersten Arbeitsmarkt.

Deine Aufgaben --------------

  • Versandlogistik für die Web\-Shops unserer Kunden abwickeln
  • Tägliche logistische Prozesse im Betrieb sicherstellen
  • Interne Warenlogistik und Transporte durchführen
  • Wareneingang, Warenkontrolle und Einlagerung sicherstellen
  • Lagerbestände und Materialflüsse überwachen und bei Bedarf optimieren
  • Lernende ausbilden, begleiten und fördern und auf externe Arbeitseinsätze, Lehrfortsetzungen und Anstellungen vorbereiten

Du bringst mit --------------

  • Ausbildung als Logistiker\*in EFZ
  • Führerausweis Kat. B, idealerweise Kat. D1
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse und sichere IT\-Anwendung
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Freude an der Ausbildung von Lernenden
  • Verständnis und Geduld im Umgang mit Jugendlichen mit besonderem Förderbedarf
