An unserem Standort im Schulhaus Staudenbühl in Zürich Seebach suchen wir per 1. November 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung eine Fachperson Betreuung 100 %.

Aufgaben ##

  • Pädagogische Begleitung und Förderung der Jugendlichen im lebenspraktischen und schulischen Bereich
  • Hilfestellung und Anleitung in hygienischen, sozialen und alltäglichen Kompetenzen der Jugendlichen
  • Aktive Anwendung von ASS spezifischen Hilfsmitteln wie UK / Metacom
  • Mitarbeit bei der Organisation und Gestaltung der Hortzeit sowie Begleitung bei individuellen und gemeinsamen Freizeitangeboten und Schulanlässen
  • Teilnahme an Sitzungen, Schulischen Standortgesprächen und schulinternen Weiterbildungen

Profil ##

  • Ausbildung als Fachfrau/Fachmann Betreuung, Fachrichtung Menschen mit Beeinträchtigung oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Bereitschaft sich für Schülerinnen und Schüler mit besonderen Bedürfnissen zu engagieren
  • Grosse Flexibilität sowie sehr gute Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Selbständige Arbeitsweise sowie Fähigkeit für Vernetztes Denken und Handeln
  • Freude im Umgang mit Personen verschiedener Kulturen

Wir bieten den Schüler\*innen, die in verschiedenen Schulhäusern der Stadt Zürich in separierten Klassen beschult werden, ein unterstützendes Umfeld und setzen die Schwerpunkte der interdisziplinären Förderung in ihre Stärken. Unsere Teams an den verschiedenen Standorten in der Stadt Zürich bestehen aus schulischen Heilpädagog\innen, Sozialpädagog\innen, Fachpersonen Betreuung, Lernenden sowie Assistent\*innen.
