Unsere Wohngruppe Speer ist auf die Bedürfnisse für Menschen mit demenzieller Entwicklung ausgerichtet. Zur Ergänzung unseres Teams suchen wir per 1. Dezember 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung eine motivierte, zuverlässige und flexible

Fachperson Betreuung EFZ auf der Wohngruppe Speer 70%

Ihre Aufgaben: - Agogische und pflegerische Begleitung von 10 erwachsenen Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner mit Beeinträchtigung und stark dementiellen Entwicklungen - Verantwortlich für die Umsetzung der pflegerischen Massnahmen - Unterstützung bei der Alltagsgestaltung der Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner - Organisatorische und administrative Aufgaben als Koordinationsperson - Begleitung im Gruppenhaushalt sowie zu externen Arzt- und Therapiebesuchen - Führen von Dokumentationen, Berichten und Protokollen - Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stellen

Sie bringen mit: - Ausbildung als Fachperson Betreuung EFZ - Erfahrung in der Pflege, von Vorteil mit Menschen mit Demenz - Hohe physische und psychische Belastbarkeit sowie professioneller Umgang mit Nähe und Distanz - Verantwortungsbewusste, selbständige und engagierte Persönlichkeit mit hohen Sozialkompetenzen - Bereitschaft und Flexibilität für unregelmässige Arbeitszeiten, Abend-, Wochenend- und Feiertagsdiensten - Gute IT-Anwenderkenntnisse sowie gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift - Fahrausweis wünschenswert
