Die Stiftung Adulta bietet an vier verschiedenen Standorten im Baselland für 150 erwachsene Menschen mit Behinderung vielfältige und den Bedürfnissen angepasste Wohn-, Tagesgestaltungs- und Arbeitsmöglichkeiten an. Damit wir unsere Aufgaben erfüllen können, arbeiten rund 220 Personen in unserer sozialen Organisation.

Fachperson Betreuung (FaBe) 60-80% ##

Arbeitsort: Standort Aesch, Werkstube - Bereich «Wohnen»

Eintritt: 1. Oktober 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung

Dein Aufgabengebiet ###

  • Ganzheitliche Begleitung und Unterstützung von bis zu 10 Menschen mit Behinderung im Bereich Wohnen, Freizeit und in der Tagesgestaltung
  • Förderung der Selbstbestimmung und Wohnkompetenz unserer Klient\*innen
  • Mitarbeit in der agogischen Prozessgestaltung
  • Aktive und konstruktive Zusammenarbeit im Team, mit Angehörigen, gesetzlichen Vertretungen und externen Stellen
  • Administrative, organisatorische und hauswirtschaftliche Tätigkeiten
  • Mitarbeit an Entwicklungen in unserer Institution

Dein Profil ###

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachperson Betreuung EFZ oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Zuverlässige, verantwortungsvolle und flexible Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz, gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie Bereitschaft für unregelmässige Arbeitszeiten, Wochenendeinsätze und an Feiertagen
  • Gute PC-Anwenderkenntnisse (MS Office)
  • PW-Führerschein von Vorteil
