Fachperson Betreuung (FaBeK) 80% Das Unternehmen Kindertagesstätte Karussell betreibt an zwei Standorten eine Kita und einen Hort. Die Kita Karussell an der Wehntalerstrasse ist eine zweisprachige (Deutsch - Spanisch) Kindertagesstätte, mit zwei altersgemischten Gruppen für Kindern im Alter von 3 Monaten bis zum Kindergarteneintritt. Der Hort an der Bahnhofstrasse hat zwei altersgemischte Gruppen für alle schulpflichtigen Kinder vom Kindergarten bis zum Abschluss der Primarschulzeit. Ihr Profil: Ideale Kandidatinnen verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als FaBeK, KKE (oder gleichwertige Ausbildung mit anerkanntem Diplom für die Schweiz) Hohe Motivation, Eigeninitiative und Teamorientierung Gewohnt, selbständig zu planen und zu arbeiten Warmherziger, feinfühliger, geduldiger und respektvoller Umgang mit Kindern Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Ihre Aufgaben: Verantwortungsvolle Betreuung der Kinder durch Aufbau von Beziehungen, Ritualen und eines entwicklungsfreundlichen Umfelds Kindergerechte Versorgung, Pflege und Unterstützung der Kinder unserer Tagesstruktur Erziehung und Förderung der körperlichen, geistigen und seelischen Entwicklung der Kinder durch gezielte pädagogische Arbeitskonzepte Konstruktive Zusammenarbeit im Team Kompetente und bewusste Zusammenarbeit mit den Eltern Mitgestaltung von Anlässen Wir bieten: Ein offenes, aufgeschlossenes Team und professionelle Zusammenarbeit Abwechslungsreiche und spannende Tätigkeiten mit Entwicklungspotential Eine anspruchsvolle Aufgabe, bei der Sie Ihr Wissen und Ihre Fähigkeiten einbringen können Spielraum für eigene Ideen und Gestaltungen Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten Zentral gelegener und mit den ÖV gut erreichbarer Arbeitsort Zeitgemässe und attraktive Anstellungsbedingungen Bewerbungen können nur mit einer anerkannten Ausbildung berücksichtigt werden.
