Fachpersonal (Miterzieherin, Gruppenleitung etc.) Arbeitspensum 80% - 100%, nach Vereinbarung Stellenantritt per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung Stellenbeschrieb Die Kinderkrippen Güxi GmbH betreibt insgesamt 14 Kinderkrippen sowie acht Waldkinderkrippen im Grossraum Zürich. Unser Ziel ist es, Kindern und ihren Familien einen familienergänzenden Rahmen zu bieten, in dem sich die Kinder geborgen fühlen und sich individuell entwickeln und entfalten können. In unserer Kinderkrippe am Standort Zürich Friesenberg werden Kinder im Alter ab drei Monaten bis zum Kindergarteneintritt betreut. Wir suchen ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung dich als erfahrene Persönlichkeit in der Funktion als diplomierte Fachperson Betreuung (FaBe). Deine Aufgaben Du begleitest und betreust liebevoll die dir anvertrauten Kinder und bist aktiv an der Gestaltung eines abwechslungsreichen Alltags beteiligt. Mit viel Einfühlungsvermögen gehst du auf die individuellen Bedürfnisse der Kinder ein und schaffst eine warme, geborgene Umgebung, in der sie sich rundum wohlfühlen können. Was dich auszeichnet Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachperson Betreuung Fachrichtung Kinder EFZ, Kleinkindererzieher/in oder besitzt eine gleichwertig anerkannte pädagogische Qualifikation Du hast mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Betreuung von Babys und Kleinkindern Mit viel Geschick und Freude gestaltest du pädagogische Aufgaben mit und förderst jedes Kind individuell Du setzt dich für eine hochwertige, liebevolle und professionelle Kinderbetreuung ein, die auf höchster pädagogischer Qualität basiert Ein dynamischer Krippenalltag begeistert dich  Motivation, Flexibilität und Teamgeist zeichnen dich aus Du bist zuverlässig, verantwortungsbewusst und engagiert in deiner Arbeit Was dir Güxi bietet Interessante und abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben mit Verantwortung Entwicklungs- sowie Gestaltungsspielraum Familiäre und wertschätzende Atmosphäre und Offenheit für deine Ideen Schöne und grosszügige Räumlichkeiten 50 % auf Kita-Plätze für deine eigenen Kinder Regelmässige Mitarbeiterevents Fühlst du dich bereit, Teil unseres engagierten Teams zu werden und den lebendigen Krippenalltag aktiv mitzugestalten?
