Für unseren Kunden, eine etablierte Institution im Bereich Wohnen und Betreuung von Menschen mit kognitiven Beeinträchtigungen, suchen wir per sofort eine engagierte Persönlichkeit für den intensiv betreuten Wohnbereich.

Anforderungsprofil ##

  • Ausbildung als Fachperson Betreuung, Fachperson Gesundheit oder Sozialpädagog:in von Vorteil
  • Wertschätzende, geduldige und belastbare Persönlichkeit
  • Freude an individueller Betreuung in Einzelsettings und Kleingruppen
  • Ruhige und flexible Arbeitsweise, auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz und ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit

Aufgaben ##

  • Individuelle Betreuung und Begleitung von Menschen mit kognitiven Beeinträchtigungen
  • Unterstützung im Alltag sowie bei pflegerischen und assistierenden Tätigkeiten
  • Professioneller Umgang mit herausfordernden Verhaltensweisen
  • Förderung der Selbstständigkeit und gesellschaftlichen Teilhabe
  • Mitarbeit bei agogischen Prozessen und deren Dokumentation
  • Aktiver Austausch und Zusammenarbeit im Team
