In der Martin Stiftung wohnen und arbeiten gut 170 Menschen mit einer kognitiven Beeinträchtigung. Gegründet vor über 130 Jahren, zählt die Stiftung in Erlenbach heute zu den grössten sozialen Institutionen im Kanton Zürich. Diesen Erfolg verdanken wir unseren 280 kompetenten und motivierten Fachmitarbeitenden.

Im Juni 2024 öffnet unser Neubau Rütibühl die Türen. Das Konzept ist gut durchdacht: Es entstand ein ortstypischer Weiler mit vier Gebäuden, einem Innenhof und einem Garten, mitten in der Natur. Verschiedene Plätze laden zum Verweilen ein. Alle Gebäude haben einen direkten Zugang zum Garten, welcher natürliche Grenzen setzt. Zur Ergänzung des Fachteams der Wohngruppe Topas suchen wir nach Vereinbarung

Fachperson Betreuung, Gesundheit und Sozialpädagogik, Wohngruppe Topas ##

Die Wohngruppe Topas ist mit ihren 10 Plätzen auf Menschen mit kognitiver Beeinträchtigung und einer demenziellen Entwicklung ausgerichtet. Die Räumlichkeiten bieten genügend Rückzugsorte mitten in der Natur und verfügen über eine Infrastruktur und Mobiliar, welches ideal auf den Wohnalltag abgestimmt ist. Dir bietet sich die einmalige Möglichkeit an der professionellen Ausrichtung dieser Wohnangebote und dem Ausbau des Fachteams aktiv mitzuwirken.

Du ###

  • hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachperson Betreuung, Gesundheit und Sozialpädagogik und interessierst dich für Menschen mit einer kognitiven Beeinträchtigung im Seniorenalter
  • hast Interesse, Lernende in deinem Fachgebiet auszubilden und zu begleiten
  • hast Interesse, dich einem innovativen und agilen Konzept anzunehmen
  • stehst für Eigenverantwortlichkeit und Verbindlichkeit und Transparenz und arbeitest mit Gelassenheit und Humor
