Fachpersonal (Miterzieherin, Gruppenleitung etc.) Arbeitspensum 90% - 100% Stellenantritt nach Vereinbarung 2026 Stellenbeschrieb Wir erweitern unser Gruppenangebot und suchen eine engagierte pädagogische Fachkraft mit einem 90-100% Pensum.  Unsere Kindertagesstätte bietet in 2 Gruppen eine familienergänzende Tagesbetreuung für Kinder von 8 Monaten bis zum Kindergarteneintritt. Ein wertschätzender Umgang miteinander, sowie eine einladende und pädagogisch gut strukturierte Tagesgestaltung liegen uns sehr am Herzen. Zu den wichtigsten Aufgaben zählen: Verantwortung tragen für die Betreuung und das Wohlergehen der Kinder  Unterstützen der Kinder in ihrer sprachlichen, motorischen und kognitiven Entwicklung, stärken ihre Selbstständigkeit und fördern ihre soziale Eingliederung in die Gruppe. Gestaltung eines vielseitigen und flexiblen Gruppenalltags Planen und durchführen von pädagogischen Angeboten  Einstiegsgespräche führen und Eingewöhnungsprozesse begleiten Kontinuierlichen Kontakt mit den Eltern pflegen Ihr Profil: Abgeschlossene und anerkannte Ausbildung als Fachperson Betreuung Kind (FaBe Kind) Optimal Erfahrung in der Pädagogik und im Arbeiten nach pädagogischen Konzepten Organisationsgeschick sowie eine selbständige und strukturierte Arbietsweise Ressourcen in Kommunikation, Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein  Teamfähigkeit und Freude an der Arbeit mit Kindern  Wir bieten:  Ein wertschätzendes, professioneles Arbeitsumfeld Ein motiviertes Team und eine Offene Kommunikationsstruktur Raum für Mitgestaltung und pädagogische Weiterentwicklung Moderne Infrastruktur und attraktive Anstellungsbedingungen mit angemessener Entlöhnung Wenn Sie den Kita-Alltag mit kreativen Ideen bereichern möchten und Ihnen das Wohl der Kinder am Herzen liegt, freuen wir uns darauf, Sie kennenzulernen.
