Wir sind eine multikulturell geprägte, anerkannte Institution für erwachsene Menschen mit Behinderungen ~ ein Zuhause für Menschen aus aller Welt. Die Wohngemeinschaften Matrusaden (Maisprach) und Bapusaden (Waldenburg) sind Orte des Ankommens für junge Erwachsene und ältere Menschen, die mit geistigen, psychischen oder körperlichen Einschränkungen leben. Hier entsteht ein Zuhause, getragen von Vielfalt: Menschen unterschiedlicher Kulturen und Lebensgeschichten begegnen sich mit Respekt und Herzlichkeit.

In Waldenburg finden in der Wohngemeinschaft Bapusaden 12 Menschen ihren Platz. Beide Häuser verbindet ein familiärer Geist, geprägt von Wertschätzung, Vertrauen und eines echten Miteinander. Die Menschen werden 365 Tage im Jahr, rund um die Uhr, individuell betreut und gepflegt. Unser Fokus liegt auf einer ganzheitlichen Begleitung, die sich an den persönlichen Bedürfnissen, der jeweiligen Lebenslage und der individuellen Vorgeschichte der Menschen orientiert.

Deine Aufgabe bei uns: Für unseren Standort in 4437 Waldenburg suchen wir mit Herz eine engagierte Persönlichkeit für den Nachtdienst. Sie sind einfühlsam und präsent, behalten einen klaren Kopf in ruhigen wie in besonderen Situationen und schaffen mit Ihrer Haltung Sicherheit für die Menschen, die nachts auf Ihre Unterstützung zählen.

Anforderungen: -Ausbildung als Fachperson Betreuung oder Pflegehelfer SRK -Erfahrung mit psychisch beeinträchtigten Personen -Bereitschaft für Nachtdienst -Fahrausweis B und Auto von Vorteil
