Das RHYBOOT mit verschiedenen Standorten im St. Galler Rheintal bietet rund 300 erwachsenen Menschen mit unterschiedlichen Beeinträchtigungen Lebens- und Arbeitsräume. Das Angebot umfasst Wohn-, Beschäftigungs-, Arbeits-, Eingliederungs- und Ausbildungsplätze. 

Für den Bereich Wohnen suchen wir per 1. Dezember 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung eine

Fachperson Betreuung Nachtwache 45%

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für eine optimale Pflege und Betreuung der Bewohner/-innen während der Nacht (zwischen 21:00 bis 07:00 Uhr)
  • Gewährleistung einer guten Lebensqualität der Bewohner/-innen
  • Aktives Einbringen Ihres Wissens und Könnens, Ihrer Berufs- und Lebenserfahrung, um die Lebensqualität der Bewohner/-innen zu gewährleisten
  • Teamarbeit

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachperson Gesundheit (FaGe) EFZ, Fachperson Betreuung (FaBe) EFZ oder eine gleichwertige in der Schweiz anerkannte Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Praxiserfahrung in Pflege und Begleitung
  • Gutes Zeitmanagement und zielbewusstes Handeln auch in herausfordernden Situationen
  • Belastbarkeit, Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität
  • Gute IT-Anwenderkenntnisse
