? Deine Aufgaben ?

Aktive Unterstützung unserer Klient: innen bei der Entwicklung ihrer Selbstkompetenz und der sozialen Zugehörigkeit Übernahme der Grundpflege dort, wo Hilfe benötigt wird, und Anleitung der Klient: innen zur Selbsthilfe Begleitung der Klient: innen in der Alltags- und Freizeitgestaltung mit besonderem Fokus auf die Entwicklung der physischen und psychischen Gesundheit sowie der Sozialkompetenz Engagierte Übernahme sowohl inhaltlicher als auch administrativer Aufgaben in der Bezugspersonenarbeit innerhalb unseres interprofessionellen Teams Reflexion und Dokumentationen der Arbeit gemäss Qualitätsstandards Pflege der interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit sowie des Kontakts zu Angehörigen und externen Fachpersonen

? Dein Profil ?

Du bringst eine EFZ-Ausbildung als Fachperson Betreuung oder als Fachperson Gesundheit mit  Erfahrung in der Pflege und Betreuung ermöglichen es Dir, dich kompetent und einfühlsam um unsere Klient: innen zu kümmern  Teamarbeit macht Dir Freude und Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung

Dein Interesse, aktiv und konstruktiv an der stetigen Weiterentwicklung unserer Arbeit mitzuwirken, zeichnet Dich aus Reflexionsfähigkeit und mit Offenheit Menschen zu begegnen ermöglicht es Dir, tragfähige Beziehungen zu den Klient: innen aufzubauen  Sozialkompetenz, gutes Einfühlungsvermögen und Belastbarkeit gehören zu Deinen Stärken  Eine lösungsorientierte Haltung und gute Deutschkenntnisse runden Dein Profil ab
