Für unsere schulische Betreuung suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung befristet bis 31. Juli 2027 eine Fachperson Betreuung.

Aufgaben ##

Als Fachperson Betreuung begleiten Sie an der Tagesschule Neubühl Kinder im Kindergarten- und Schulalter während der unterrichtsfreien Zeit. Gemeinsam mit dem Betreuungsteam gestalten Sie einen abwechslungsreichen Hortalltag und fördern die Kinder in ihrer persönlichen und sozialen Entwicklung. Sie arbeiten von Montag bis Freitag von 11:30 bis 14:00, mittwochs bei Bedarf bis 18:00 Uhr. Sie profitieren während der Schulferien von mindestens acht Wochen Ferien.   Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören: 

  • Mitgestaltung des Betreuungsalltags und Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Tagesbetriebes
  • Begleitung und Förderung der Kinder in ihrer persönlichen, sozialen und emotionalen Entwicklung
  • Planung und Durchführung von altersgerechten Spiel-, Kreativ- und Freizeitangeboten
  • Wertschätzende Zusammenarbeit im Betreuungsteam sowie mit Lehrpersonen und Eltern
  • Mitarbeit in pädagogischen Arbeitsgruppen und Mitgestaltung der Weiterentwicklung der Tagesschule
  • Übernahme von organisatorischen und hauswirtschaftlichen Aufgaben im Hortalltag

Profil ##

  • Lehrabschluss als Fachperson Betreuung oder Fachperson für Kleinkindererziehung EFZ zwingend. Bei Bewerbungen mit einem ausländischen Diplom muss zwingend eine schweizerische Diplomanerkennung beigelegt werden.
  • Freude und Interesse an der Förderung von Kindern
  • Freude am Umgang mit Personen unterschiedlicher Kulturen, sowie Bereitschaft zur interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit im Schulteam
  • Berufserfahrung in der Betreuung von Kindern
  • Solide Deutschkenntnisse
