Unser Forstteam wächst - deshalb suchen wir eine engagierte Fachperson zur Ergänzung unseres Teams. Möchtest du deine agogischen Fähigkeiten mit der Arbeit in der Natur verbinden? Im Team Forsteinsatz unterstützt du unsere begleiteten Mitarbeitenden dabei, ihre individuellen Stärken im Bereich Waldpflege und Brennholzaufbereitung einzusetzen. Unsere ausgebildeten Fachpersonen begleiten Menschen mit teilweise herausforderndem Verhalten im Arbeitsalltag und bieten ihnen Halt, Struktur sowie viel Freiraum in einem naturnahen Umfeld. Spezialisierte Aufgaben werden durch unsere Forstwarte/innen übernommen.

Deine Hauptaufgaben

  • Begleitung von Mitarbeitenden mit Beeinträchtigung bei Tätigkeiten in der Waldpflege sowie der Brennholzaufbereitung
  • Strukturierung des Arbeitsalltags, Schaffen geeigneter Arbeitsarrangements und Unterstützung individueller Lernprozesse
  • Übernahme von Verantwortung bei der Umsetzung unserer Aufträge - zur vollen Zufriedenheit unserer Kundinnen und Kunden
  • Aktiver Beitrag zu einer wertschätzenden Arbeitsatmosphäre und konstruktiven Konfliktlösung
  • Bezugspersonenarbeit: Verantwortung für agogische Prozesse, individuelle Entwicklungsplanung sowie Durchführung von Jahresgesprächen

Das bringst du mit

  • Erfahrung oder Weiterbildung im Bereich Arbeitsagogik oder entsprechende Erfahrung in der Anleitung, Begleitung und Betreuung von Menschen mit Beeinträchtigung
  • Teamorientierte, lösungsfokussierte und humorvolle Persönlichkeit
  • Sensibilität im Umgang mit Menschen mit unterschiedlichen Fähigkeiten und Bedürfnissen
  • Freude an der Arbeit im Freien bei jeder Witterung
  • Handwerkliches Geschick und körperliche Belastbarkeit
  • Selbständige, fachgerechte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Fahrausweis Kat. B
