Für den Intensivwohnbereich suchen wir zur Verstärkung unseres Teams per sofort eine

Fachperson Betreuung - Temporär (50-80%)

mit Option zur Verlängerung oder Festanstellung

Auf der Intensivwohngruppe leben Menschen, welche aufgrund ihrer Beeinträchtigung auf eine individuell angepasste Unterstützung und Begleitung in ihrem Alltag angewiesen sind. Der Alltag wird an die jeweiligen Bedürfnisse der Bewohner:innen ausgerichtet mit dem Ziel höchstmöglicher Lebensqualität. Diese vielseitige, spannende und anspruchsvolle Betreuungsaufgabe setzt ein hohes Mass an Sozialkompetenz und Teamfähigkeit voraus.

Ihr Aufgabengebiet - Betreuung und Begleitung von Menschen mit kognitiver Beeinträchtigung und herausfordernden Verhaltensweisen - Individuelle Begleitung, Betreuung, Assistenz und Pflege der Bewohner:innen in ihrem Wohnumfeld und Unterstützung bei der Teilhabe am gesellschaftlichen Leben, unter Berücksichtigung ihrer Tagesform - Mitarbeit in agogischer Prozessgestaltung - Dokumentation von Betreuungsprozessen

Das zeichnet Sie aus - Sie verfügen idealerweise über einen Abschluss als Fachperson Gesundheit, Fachperson Betreuung oder in Sozialpädagogik. - Auch Quereinsteiger mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung in der Begleitung, Betreuung oder Pflege sind bei uns herzlich willkommen. - Sie schätzen die Arbeit in Einzelsettings oder Kleinstgruppen. Ab- und Rücksprachen im Team erachten Sie als wichtige und verbindliche Grundlage in Ihrer Arbeit. - Flexibles situationsabhängiges Reagieren bringt Sie nicht so schnell aus der Ruhe. Situationen nachzubesprechen ist für Sie ein professionelles Selbstverständnis. - Ihre Haltung gegenüber Menschen mit kognitiven- und psychischen Beeinträchtigungen ist geprägt von Wertschätzung und Offenheit. Ihr Interesse, Funktionen von Verhaltensweisen auf den Grund zu gehen, prägen Ihre Arbeit.

Die Tagesbetreuung arbeitet in Blockzeiten, in der Nacht ist ein eigenständiges Nachtwache-Team im Einsatz.
