Die Eisenbahner-Baugenossenschaft Nidau ist eine Genossenschaft, die bedacht und solidarisch handelt. Sie bietet sicheres Wohnen in 199 Wohnungen und Reiheneinfamilienhäusern in vier Quartieren in Nidau und Biel.

Aufgrund der Pensionierung eines langjährigen Mitarbeitenden suchen wir zur Verstärkung unseres kleinen und gut eingespielten Teams eine engagierte und vielseitige Persönlichkeit, die gerne anpackt und unsere Genossenschaft aktiv mitgestaltet.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Betreuung, Kontrolle und Reinigung unserer eigenen Liegenschaften in Nidau und Biel
  • Pflege und Unterhalt der Aussenanlagen mit Möglichkeit zur Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung im Bereich naturnahe Gartenpflege und Biodiversität
  • Ausführung von kleineren Reparatur-, Unterhalts- und handwerklichen Arbeiten sowie Unterstützung bei Umbauten und Sanierungen
  • Kontrolle und Betreuung der technischen Einrichtungen
  • Durchführung des Winterdienstes bei Bedarf
  • Zusammenarbeit im Hauswartteam und der Geschäftsstelle

Das bringst du mit

  • Praktische Erfahrung in der Hauswartung, im Gebäudeunterhalt, in der Umgebungspflege oder in einem handwerklichen Beruf
  • Vielseitiges handwerkliches Geschick und technisches Verständnis
  • Interesse an einer naturnahen und biodiversitätsfördernden Pflege und Gestaltung der Aussenräume
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Freude an Teamarbeit und am Kontakt mit Bewohnerinnen und Bewohnern
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Führerausweis Kategorie B; Kategorie BE von Vorteil
