Fachperson Betriebsunterhalt 80\-100% Wir sind eine gemeinnützige Stiftung, die Dienstleistungen im Bereich Pflege und Gesundheit für Menschen aus der Gemeinde Wald und Umgebung anbietet. Im 2021 neu eröffneten Zentrum Rosenthal führen wir mit unseren 250 Mitarbeitenden das Pflegezentrum Rosenthal mit 130 Bewohnenden, die Spitex Wald Fischenthal und vermieten 33 Alterswohnungen mit Services. Deine Aufgaben Unterhalt und Betrieb der elektrischen Anlagen, Bewohnerruf, Telefonie, TV und der HLKKS(E) Komponenten Durchführen von erforderlichen Reparaturen und Aufträgen via Ticketing System Mithilfe bei der Pflege von Aussenanlagen und PV\-Anlage Was Du mitbringst Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachmann\frau Betriebsunterhalt, EFZ als Elektriker\in, oder anderen handwerklichen Berufsabschluss Belastbarkeit und hohe Sozialkompetenz Freude am Umgang mit betagten Menschen Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mündlich und schriftlich) Gute MS\-Office\-Kenntnisse Bereitschaft für Pikettdienst Führerausweis Kat.
