Deine Aufgaben

  • Programmieren und Optimieren von CNC\-Abläufen in Mastercam, mit Fokus auf stabile Prozesse und gleichbleibend hohe Ausführungsqualität
  • Vorantreiben der CAM\-Strategie und aktives Mitwirken an der Weiterentwicklung der fertigungstechnischen Kompetenzen im Betrieb
  • Ausarbeiten von CAM\-Richtlinien, Programmierkonzepten und digitalen Strukturen für Werkzeuge und Prozessdaten
  • Aufspüren von Verbesserungspotenzial in Bezug auf Effizienz, Digitalisierung und Automatisierung sowie konsequentes Umsetzen entsprechender Massnahmen
  • Weitergeben von CAM\-Wissen an Mitarbeitende durch gezielte Schulungen und Sichern des Fertigungs\-Know\-hows im Unternehmen
  • Pflegen der Stammdaten in CAM\- und MES\-Systemen sowie Teilnehmen an Projekten rund um MES, Digitalisierung und Investitionsvorhaben

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene technische Grundbildung im zerspanenden Bereich, idealerweise als Polymechaniker EFZ, ergänzt durch eine Weiterbildung auf Stufe HF oder FH, vorzugsweise in Prozesstechnik, Produktionstechnik oder Maschinenbau
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der CNC\-Zerspanung sowie ausgewiesene Erfahrung als CAM\-Spezialist, Kenntnisse in Mastercam von Vorteil
  • Erste Erfahrung mit Fanuc CNC\-Steuerungen
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Fertigungsleitsystemen und ERP\-Systemen sowie in Digitalisierungs\- und Automatisierungsprojekten
  • Ausgeprägte Koordinations\- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, engagierte, belastbare und selbstständige Arbeitsweise mit hoher Strukturiertheit
  • Deutsch: Stilsicher (C2\) / Englisch: Sehr gut (B2\)
