Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig. Für unser Team Krankheitskosten im Bereich Ergänzungsleistungen (EL) suchen wir eine kontaktfreudige, zuverlässige und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit. Der Stellenantritt erfolgt nach Vereinbarung.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du bearbeitest Gesuche und entscheidest selbständig, wie hoch die Vergütungen ausfallen. Dabei stützt du dich auf rechtliche Grundlagen und interne Richtlinien.
  • Du beurteilst anrechenbare Kosten wie Franchise, Selbstbehalte, Transporte, Tagesstrukturen und Haushaltshilfen. Bei der Prüfung von Zahnbehandlungen arbeitest du eng mit dem Vertrauenszahnarzt zusammen.
  • Du begründest deine Entscheide bei Kürzungen und Ablehnungen in einfacher Sprache, korrespondierst mit unseren Kunden sowie Drittstellen und erstellst Kostengutsprachen bei Zahnbehandlungen.
  • Du berätst unsere Kundinnen und Kunden telefonisch, schriftlich sowie persönlich und führst Abklärungen mit Versicherten, Krankenversicherern, Sozialdiensten, Behörden, Heimen und weiteren Fachstellen durch.
  • Du hast bei Eignung sowie Interesse die Möglichkeit, zusätzliche Verantwortung im Fachbereich zu übernehmen und aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung unserer Prozesse mitzuwirken.

Deine Kompetenzen

  • Du verfügst über eine kaufmännische oder gleichwertige Ausbildung.
  • Du bist eine motivierte, lernbereite Persönlichkeit mit schneller Auffassungsgabe und gutem Zahlenverständnis.
  • Du arbeitest zuverlässig, strukturiert und denkst vernetzt.
  • Du hast Freude am Umgang mit Menschen, kommunizierst verständlich und professionell, und begegnest anderen mit Einfühlungsvermögen sowie Wertschätzung.
  • Du überzeugst durch Dienstleistungsorientierung, Teamgeist, Hilfsbereitschaft, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und schätzt den Austausch mit unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen.
