Fachperson für die Kinderbetreuung (80-100%) ##

Die Rietberg Montessori Schule ist eine private Ganztagsschule. Unser Ziel ist es, Kinder im Alter von drei bis zwölf Jahren - im Kinderhaus (Kindergarten für drei- bis sechsjährige Kinder) sowie in der Primarschule (sechs bis zwölf Jahre) - ganzheitlich zu begleiten und zu fördern. Unsere pädagogische Arbeit basiert auf den Grundsätzen von Maria Montessori und verbindet diese mit den Anforderungen der heutigen Zeit sowie den Bedürfnissen unserer Gesellschaft.

Sie bringen mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachperson Betreuung EFZ (Fachrichtung Kinder) oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit Kindern unterschiedlicher Altersstufen
  • Kreativität sowie Interesse an der Planung und Umsetzung von Aktivitäten
  • Teamfähigkeit sowie eine offene, klare und konstruktive Kommunikation
  • Hohe Eigenmotivation sowie Bereitschaft, sich weiterzuentwickeln und Neues zu lernen
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Flexibilität und die Fähigkeit, sich auf unterschiedliche Situationen einzustellen
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens B2) in Wort und Schrift
  • Belastbarkeit sowie ein reflektierter und lösungsorientierter Umgang mit herausfordernden Situationen
  • Einfühlungsvermögen sowie ein respektvoller, klarer und unterstützender Umgang mit Kindern aus unterschiedlichen Kulturen.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Verantwortung in der Betreuung der Kinder im ausserschulischen Bereich
  • Mitverantwortung bei der Organisation und Durchführung von Ferienbetreuungsangeboten und Mittwochnachmittag
  • Begleitung der Kinder in den Fachunterricht und Unterstützung im Alltag
  • Mithilfe bei der Planung und Durchführung von besonderen Events wie z. B. eines Schultheaters
