Ob mit eidgenössischem Fachausweis oder als erfahrene/r Sachbearbeiter/in mit fundierter Praxis und dem Wunsch nach Weiterentwicklung: Hier erwartet dich eine vielseitige Rolle mit echtem Gestaltungsspielraum!

Deine Aufgaben

  • Operative Buchhaltung: Selbstständige Führung von Haupt und Nebenbüchern (Kreditoren, Debitoren, Anlagebuchhaltung und Zahlungsverkehr)
  • Abschlüsse: Erstellung und Mitarbeit bei Monats, Quartals und Jahresabschlüssen nach OR und Swiss GAAP FER
  • Reporting & Budget: Mitwirkung beim Budgetierungsprozess sowie Erstellung aussagekräftiger Finanzanalysen
  • Prozessoptimierung: Aktive Weiterentwicklung und Digitalisierung bestehender Finanz und Abwicklungsprozesse
  • Schnittstelle: Kompetente Ansprechperson bei finanzspezifischen Fragestellungen für interne und externe Partner

Qualifikationen

Das bringst du mit

  • Erfahrung: Fundierte mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Finanz und Rechnungswesen (z. B. als Sachbearbeiter/in Rechnungswesen oder Buchhalter/in)
  • Ausbildung: Erfolgreich absolvierter Fachausweis im Finanz und Rechnungswesen ODER eine kaufmännische Grundbildung mit solidener Praxis und der Bereitschaft, sich fachlich weiterzuentwickeln
  • IT-Sicherheit: Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (vorzugsweise Abacus) sowie sehr gute MS/Office-Kenntnisse (insbesondere Excel)
  • Persönlichkeit: Selbstständige, exakte Arbeitsweise, ausgeprägte Hands on Mentalität und Freude an der Teamarbeit
  • Pluspunkt: Erste Kenntnisse in InDesign sind von Vorteil, aber kein Must have
