Unser Kunde ist ein führender Schweizer Branchen aus dem Bereich Umwelt und Infrastruktur. Für den Hauptsitz in der Region suchen wir zur Unterstützung des Teams eine exakt arbeitende, verlässliche und motivierte Persönlichkeit. In dieser vielseitigen Rolle übernimmst du die Verantwortung für das Finanzwesen und packst auch im HR-Bereich tatkräftig mit an.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Finanz & Betriebsbuchhaltung: Selbstständige Führung der Haupt- und Nebenbücher (Debitoren und Kreditoren) sowie Verantwortung für den Zahlungsverkehr, die Fakturierung und das Mahnwesen der verschiedenen Standorte und Geschäftsbereiche.
  • Abschlüsse & Steuern: Fristgerechte Erstellung der Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse sowie die korrekte Deklaration und Abwicklung der Mehrwertsteuer.
  • Management-Support & Controlling: Aufbereitung von aussagekräftigen Finanzanalysen, Reports und Berichten für die Geschäftsleitung sowie aktive Mitarbeit beim Budgetierungsprozess und im Projektcontrolling.
  • Schnittstellenfunktion: Kompetente Ansprechperson für externe Partner, Fachexperten, Revisionsstellen sowie für den ERP-Software-Support.
  • HR/Administration & Lohnwesen: Abwicklung der monatlichen Lohnbuchhaltung, Abrechnung von Spesen sowie von externen Honoraren. Koordination mit Sozialversicherungen, Pensionskassen und Taggeldversicherungen.

Qualifikationen

Dein Profil

  • Ausbildung: Kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit einer Weiterbildung zur/zum Fachfrau/Fachmann im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen mit eidg. Fachausweis (oder gleichwertige Qualifikation).
  • Erfahrung: Fundierte Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichenden Funktion, idealerweise im Umfeld von Verfänden, NPOs oder der öffentlichen Hand.
  • IT-Kenntnisse: Sehr hohe IT-Affinität, vertrauter Umgang mit ERP-Systemen (vorzugsweise Abacus) sowie versierte MS-Office-Kenntnisse (insbesondere Excel, Outlook und Teams).
  • Sprachen: Stilsicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift sowie gute mündliche Kenntnisse in Französisch; Italienischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
  • Persönlichkeit: Selbstständige, strukturierte und exakte Arbeitsweise, hohe Diskretion sowie eine engagierte und gewinnende Team-Persönlichkeit.
