Während die Senevita Standorte für selbstständiges betreutes Wohnen und umfassende Pflege stehen, ist Senevita Casa die schweizweit führende Anbieterin privater Spitex\-Leistungen. Für die Senevita Casa Winterthur suchen wir nach Vereinbarung eine Fachperson Gesundheit 40\- 100% Dein wichtiger Beitrag Du spielst eine massgebliche Rolle dabei, sicherzustellen, dass unsere Kundinnen und Kunden zu Hause eine erstklassige und individuelle Bezugspflege geniessen. Du verantwortest die Verabreichung von Medikamenten und Durchführung medizinischer Aufgaben und die Betreuung von unseren Kundinnen und Kunden. Du bist mit der Fallführung eng im Austausch und wirkst aktiv im Pflegeprozess mit.
