Im Berner Spitalzentrum für Altersmedizin Siloah (BESAS) werden betagte Menschen umfassend betreut – sowohl stationär als auch ambulant. Das BESAS gehört mit seinen akutmedizinischen und rehabilitativen Angeboten zu den führenden altersmedizinischen Institutionen in der Schweiz und legt grossen Wert auf Aus- und Weiterbildung, die integrierte Versorgung sowie auf moderne Behandlungsmethoden. Die altersmedizinische Notfallpraxis in Gümligen ist erste Anlaufstelle für Hausärzt:innen sowie für Patient:innen mit akuten Beschwerden. Die eigene Heimarztpraxis stellt die heimärztliche Betreuung Bewohnenden in Pflegeheimen im Grossraum Bern sicher. ### Ihr Aufgabengebiet

  • Sie übernehmen die Pflege, Betreuung, Behandlung und Rehabilitation der geriatrischen Patient:innen
  • Sie wirken im interdisziplinären Behandlungsteam mit, bestehend aus Ärzt:innen, Pflege, Therapeut:innen und der Sozialberatung
  • Sie arbeiten in allen 3 Schichten mit (vorwiegend im Tag- und Spätdienst)
  • Sie arbeiten auf allen 3 geriatrischen Abteilungen mit

Ihr Profil

  • Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossene Lehre als Fachfrau-/ mann Gesundheit
  • Sie bringen Interesse und Freude an der Pflege und im Umgang mit geriatrischen Patient:innen mit
  • Zu Ihren Stärken gehören Teamfähigkeit, gute organisatorische, sehr hohe Flexibilität, sowie kommunikative Fähigkeiten
