Die Siloah Langzeit bietet an den Standorten Gümligen, Kühlewil und Köniz pflegebedürftigen älteren Menschen, Menschen mit Behinderungen sowie Personen mit besonderen Bedürfnissen eine umfassende Betreuung. Das Angebot umfasst die Alterspflege in Alterswohngruppen – inklusive spezialisierter Angebote für Menschen mit Demenz, Suchterkrankungen oder gerontopsychiatrischen Bedürfnissen – sowie die Pflege in neurologischen Wohngruppen.### Ihr Aufgabengebiet

  • Sicherstellen einer individuellen und professionellen Pflege und Betreuung unter Berücksichtigung der individuellen Bedürfnisse von unseren Bewohnenden
  • Übernahme der Tagesverantwortung
  • Verantwortung für die korrekte Führung der Pflegedokumentation (Lobos)
  • Durchführung der Arztvisite
  • Mitwirken bei Alltagsgestaltungs-Aktivitäten
  • Verantwortlich für die Bewirtschaftung der Medikamente sowie Pflegematerialien
  • Übernahme der Bezugspflege gemäss Konzept
  • Anleitung/Begleitung von Lernenden, Praktikanten und Mitarbeitenden

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung Fachperson Gesundheit
  • Freude an der Tätigkeit
  • Gute EDV-Kenntnisse
  • Gute schriftliche und mündliche Deutschkenntnisse
  • Selbständige, verantwortungsvolle und belastbare Persönlichkeit
