Gemeinsam sind wir an unseren zwei Standorten in Koppigen und Kirchberg für die Pflege und das Wohlbefinden von 173 Bewohnenden und für unsere Gäste im Tageszentrum verantwortlich. Wir suchen per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung Fachpersonen Gesundheit EFZ (m/w/d \| 40\-100%) Standorte Koppigen und Kirchberg Aufgaben Unsere Bewohnenden pflegen und betreuen im Rahmen des Bezugspflegesystems Übernahme der Verantwortung im Pflegeprozess \- im Rahmen der Kompetenzregelung In der Funktion Tagesverantwortung zu einem reibungslosen Ablauf beitragen Aktive Mitarbeit in Fach\- und Projektgruppen Gestaltung eines respektvollen, professionellen Umgang mit Bewohnenden und Angehörigen Ihre Stärken Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ oder einer gleichwertigen Ausbildung Erfahrung im Gesundheitswesen Klare und adressatengerechte Kommunikation zu den Bewohnenden, Angehörigen wie auch Mitarbeitenden Begeisterung für die Langzeitpflege Strukturiertes, lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten Hohe Sozialkompetenz und Freude an der interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mündlich \& schriftlich) Unser Angebot Abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben Flache Hierarchien mit kurzen Entscheidungswegen und einer ausgeprägten Dienstleistungs\-mentalität Offenes und wertschätzendes Betriebsklima Anstellungsbedingungen in Anlehnung an die kantonalen Richtlinien Ideal auch als Wiedereinstieg Gratisparkplatz Haben wir Ihr Interesse geweckt?
