Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ | 80%

Aufgabenbereich

  • Sicherstellung einer individuellen, ressourcenorientierten Pflege & Betreuung 
  • Unterstützen der Bewohnenden in den Alltagsstrukturen 
  • Einzelbetreuung und Förderung im Rahmen Bezugspersonensystems - mit Empathie und Fachkompetenz  
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit im interdisziplinären Team  
  • in der Funktion der Tagesverantwortung stellen Sie den reibungslosen Tagesablauf sicher 
  • Teilnahme und Engagement in Arbeits- und Projektgruppen 
  • es besteht ein Nachtdienst-Team, somit müssen Sie keine Nachtdienste leisten

Anforderungsprofil

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Fachfrau/ zum Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ oder eine gleichwertige Ausbildung durch das SRK anerkannt  
  • selbstständige, zuverlässig und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise 
  • Dienstleistungs- und Kundenorientierung 
  • offen und neugierig für Neues 
  • Erfahrungen in einem Alters- und Pflegeheim sind von Vorteil 
  • gute bis sehr Deutschkenntnisse 
  • RAI-Kenntnisse erwünscht oder Bereitschaft, Kurse dazu zu besuchen 
  • Bereitschaft zu flexiblen Arbeitszeiten und Wochenenddiensten
