The posting

Für eine etablierte Institution im Bereich Altersmedizin in Basel und der Region Basel suchen wir engagierte Fachpersonen Gesundheit EFZ. In dieser Funktion betreuen und begleiten Sie ältere Patientinnen und Patienten in einem spezialisierten geriatrischen Spitalumfeld und bringen Ihre pflegerische Erfahrung aktiv in den Arbeitsalltag ein. Sie erwartet eine abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit in einem professionellen und wertschätzenden Umfeld. Die Einsätze erfolgen im Tag- und Spätdienst, Nachtdienste sind nicht vorgesehen. Sie arbeiten eng mit verschiedenen Berufsgruppen zusammen und haben die Möglichkeit, sich aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung von Pflegeabläufen und Prozessen zu beteiligen.

Anforderungsprofil ##

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ oder gleichwertige, SRK-anerkannte Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Akutbereich
  • Freude an der Pflege und Betreuung älterer Menschen
  • Selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Beobachtungsgabe und Sicherheit im pflegerischen Alltag
  • Teamfähige, zuverlässige und engagierte Persönlichkeit
  • Offenheit für Veränderungen und Interesse an der Weiterentwicklung von Arbeitsprozessen
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute IT-Anwenderkenntnisse

Aufgaben ##

  • Professionelle Pflege und Betreuung älterer Patientinnen und Patienten
  • Selbstständige Durchführung pflegerischer Massnahmen im eigenen Kompetenzbereich
  • Umsetzung der geplanten Pflege- und Behandlungsmassnahmen
  • Beobachtung des Gesundheitszustandes und Weitergabe relevanter Veränderungen
  • Durchführung medizinaltechnischer Verrichtungen
  • Unterstützung der Patientinnen und Patienten bei den Aktivitäten des täglichen Lebens
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Pflegefachpersonen sowie weiteren medizinischen und therapeutischen Berufsgruppen
  • Sorgfältige Führung der elektronischen Pflegedokumentation
  • Aktive Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung von Arbeitsabläufen und Pflegeprozessen
  • Einsätze im Tag- und Spätdienst ohne Nachtdienste
