Für eine etablierte Rehabilitationsklinik in der Region Thurgau suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ 80-100 % für den Bereich Akutgeriatrie.

Anforderungsprofil ##

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ (bei im Ausland erworbenen Abschlüssen wird die SRK Anerkennung vorausgesetzt)
  • Idealerweise Berufserfahrung in der Akutgeriatrie, Rehabilitation, Akut- oder Langzeitpflege
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Freude an der interprofessionellen Zusammenarbeit

Aufgaben ##

  • Sie pflegen und betreuen Patientinnen und Patienten in der Akutgeriatrie fachkompetent und einfühlsam
  • Sie unterstützen die Patientinnen und Patienten dabei, ihre Selbstständigkeit, Mobilität und vorhandenen Ressourcen wiederzuerlangen und zu erhalten
  • Sie führen pflegerische und medizinaltechnische Massnahmen im Rahmen Ihrer Kompetenzen selbstständig durch
  • Sie beobachten den Gesundheitszustand aufmerksam und geben relevante Veränderungen gezielt an die zuständigen Pflegefachpersonen weiter
  • Sie unterstützen das diplomierte Pflegefachpersonal bei der Planung und Umsetzung des Pflegeprozesses
  • Sie arbeiten eng mit Pflegefachpersonen, dem ärztlichen Dienst sowie verschiedenen Therapiebereichen zusammen
  • Sie gestalten den rehabilitativen Alltag aktiv mit und tragen zu einer hohen Pflege- und Betreuungsqualität bei
